CAD/CAM Implant Restorations
Custom abutments and implant-supported restorations designed digitally and finished by hand. The fit is planned on screen before anything is milled, so what arrives at your operatory seats the way the plan said it would.
What we build
Implant work is where a digital workflow earns its keep, and where a bad fit costs everyone a visit.
- Custom titanium abutments, designed to the emergence profile you want
- Ti bases for hybrid and cement-retained work
- Screw-retained crowns and bridges
- Cement-retained restorations
- All-on-X full-arch restorations
Send us your scan
We take digital scans from iTero, 3Shape and any third-party system that exports an STL. If your office is not scanning yet, conventional impressions are just as welcome — the design still happens digitally on our side.
Scan bodies
New implant accounts get an introductory five-pack of scan bodies with the first case. Call the lab and we will send them out with the shipping kit.
Questions we get asked
Which implant systems do you work with?
Tell us the system and platform on the prescription and we will confirm compatibility before we start. Call the lab if you are unsure what to write.
My office does not have an intraoral scanner. Can you still do CAD/CAM?
Yes. Send a conventional impression and we digitize it here. The design and milling are identical.
Do you make the provisional too?
We do — PMMA provisionals, a diagnostic wax-up and a matrix for temporaries can all travel with the case.
