Can a Pearland patient come to the lab for a custom shade?
Yes, and there is no charge — but be realistic about the drive. Pearland to Katy is most of the way across the metro. On an anterior case where the shade is the whole job it can still be worth asking the patient. For a posterior crown, send photographs with the tab held against the tooth instead.
