Spring sits north of the laboratory, past Tomball and Cypress. Cases travel by courier, and we schedule the work around that rather than pretending the distance is not there.
Getting cases between Spring and the bench
The Grand Parkway makes Spring reachable but not routine for us, so we handle those cases by courier. Practices in Klein and Gleannloch Farms work with us the same way: the case is sent, the laboratory time is the same, and the seat date is set with transit counted in.
The turnaround you can promise a Spring patient
Count a day each way. If you are working to a fixed seat date, say so when you send the case and we will tell you before we start whether the date is realistic.
Distance should not mean a call centre
This matters more when the case is travelling than when it is not. If something is wrong with a Spring case you cannot walk it back over, so being able to reach the ceramist directly is worth more, not less. Ask for Mr. Ortiz, a CDT with 38 years at the bench.

Questions we get asked
Do you pick up in Spring?
No. Spring is north and east of where our route ends, so those cases are sent. Tomball and Cypress are the northern stops we do make — if your practice is nearer either of those than to Spring proper, it is worth a call.
Which practices near Spring do you already work with?
We do not publish client lists. Call the laboratory and ask what we can do for an office in Klein, Gleannloch Farms and the Woodlands fringe — you will get a straight answer rather than a sales pitch.
Can a Spring patient come to the lab for a custom shade?
Yes, and there is no charge — but be realistic about the drive. Spring to Katy is most of the way across the metro. On an anterior case where the shade is the whole job it can still be worth asking the patient. For a posterior crown, send photographs with the tab held against the tooth instead.
