We pick up and deliver
These communities are on our own route. Cases travel on our vehicle, so nothing waits on a carrier and the turnaround you quote the patient is the laboratory turnaround.

We already drive past these on the way to stops we make. We have not published them as standing routes because we would rather commit to what we actually do — call the laboratory and ask.
By courier
The far side of the metro. The laboratory work is identical; the difference is roughly a day in each direction, and we schedule backwards from your seat date with that counted in.
If your town is not on the list
Call the laboratory at 713-840-8501 and ask. If the distance makes shipping awkward and there is a sensible way to collect the case, we will work it out. We would rather arrange something than lose a case we could have made well.
