Call the laboratory and ask for Mr. Ortiz, a CDT with 38 years at the bench. On a case of any size you should be able to reach the person holding the porcelain brush, and in Katy you can simply come and stand next to him.

Questions we get asked
Can I visit the laboratory?
Yes. Call first so the bench is free rather than in the middle of a bake, and come. On difficult anterior cases we would rather you did.
How quickly can you turn a case around in Katy?
A single unit runs five days at the bench, and because there is no transit at either end that is the whole timeline. On a reseat or an adjustment we can often manage the same day if you call early.
Do you work with practices outside Katy?
