Getting cases between Humble and the bench
We do not run a Humble route and will not claim one. Cases are sent, and the planning absorbs the distance: give us the seat date up front and the schedule is built backwards from it. Practices in Atascocita and Summerwood work with us the same way.
The turnaround you can promise a Humble patient
A day in each direction on top of the bench time. Single units are five days at the laboratory; say the date you need and we will tell you if it holds before we start.
Distance should not mean a call centre
This matters more when the case is travelling than when it is not. If something is wrong with a Humble case you cannot walk it back over, so being able to reach the ceramist directly is worth more, not less. Ask for Mr. Ortiz, a CDT with 38 years at the bench.

Do you pick up in Humble?
No. Humble is out past the airport on the northeast side, the opposite corner from Katy, so cases go by courier. We would rather tell you that than have you plan a seat date around a van that is not coming.
Which practices near Humble do you already work with?
We do not publish client lists. Call the laboratory and ask what we can do for an office in Atascocita, Summerwood and the Bush airport corridor — you will get a straight answer rather than a sales pitch.
Can a Humble patient come to the lab for a custom shade?
Yes, and there is no charge — but be realistic about the drive. Humble to Katy is most of the way across the metro. On an anterior case where the shade is the whole job it can still be worth asking the patient. For a posterior crown, send photographs with the tab held against the tooth instead.
